Professional Profile

Tinglian Yuan is a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Chemistry in Rice's School of Natural Sciences (2022-Present). Her current research interests include single particle optical absorption spectroscopy, plasmonics, metal/semiconductor heterostructures and thermal properties of 2-D lattice. She is currently working in Dr. Link's lab, engaging in projects related to photothermal microscopy. In spare time, Tinglian is also a photobook-making lover and an arching learner.
