Professional Profile

Roy Lycke is a postdoctoral fellow conducting research with the Nanoscale Neural Interface Laboratory led by Dr. Chong Xie, focusing on the functional implementation of ultra-fexible neural implants. His research interests focus on developing precise longitudinally stable stimulation schemes for emulating natural neural stimulation patterns and restoring naturalistic sensations. His research goal is to develop translational medical interventions for chronic pain, sensory loss, and brain-controlled artificial limb systems.
