Professional Profile

Roman is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Physics and Astronomy in Rice's School of Natural Sciences. He completed his PhD in the field of molecular electronics and nano-science in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Currently he is a J. Evans Attwell-Welch Postdoctoral Fellow and a junior fellow of the Rice Academy. His current research interests are quantum information and quantum simulations, specifically the study of charge and energy transport though complicated biological systems.
